What we collect

When you contact us or request a quotation, we collect the details you choose to provide, such as your name, company, job title, phone number, email address and the content of your message. Our website also records basic technical information (such as the page you submitted a form from, the date and time, and your IP address) to help prevent spam and misuse.

If you order from our online store, we also collect your delivery address and the details of your order. Card payments are handled by our payment provider, and card details are not stored on this website.

• To protect our website against spam and abuse

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for marketing unless you have asked us to.

Who we share it with

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry details only for as long as needed to respond and to maintain reasonable business records, after which they are deleted. Order records are kept for as long as accounting and tax rules require.
