Buying a Mattress
How do I choose the right mattress?
Start with how you sleep (on your back, side or front), how firm you like your bed, the size you need and your budget. Our team can talk you through the options in store or by phone.
How firm should my mattress be?
It depends on your sleeping position, body and personal preference. Side sleepers often prefer a slightly softer feel, while back and front sleepers often prefer firmer support. The best way to decide is to try mattresses in person.
What mattress sizes are available?
We can help with common single, double, queen and king sizes. Measure your bed frame and contact us to confirm which sizes are available for the model you like.
How often should I replace my mattress?
There’s no fixed rule, but it’s worth considering a replacement if your mattress is sagging, lumpy or noisy, or if you regularly wake up uncomfortable or aching.
Do your mattresses come with a warranty?
Warranty terms vary by product. Our team will confirm the warranty that applies to any mattress before you buy.
Do you deliver in Riyadh?
Delivery arrangements depend on your order and location. Please contact us to confirm delivery options, timings and any charges before you order.
Can I see mattresses before buying?
Yes, you’re welcome to visit our store in Al Aarid. It’s best to call ahead to check opening hours.

Do you supply mattresses for hotels and serviced apartments?
Yes. We work with hospitality and commercial customers, including hotels, resorts, serviced apartments and furnished apartments. Send us your requirements using our hospitality quote form.
Can I place a bulk or project order?
Yes. Tell us the quantities, sizes and timeline you’re working to and we’ll prepare a quotation for your project.
What information do you need for a quotation?
The number of rooms or mattresses, bed sizes, preferred comfort level, project type, timeline and delivery location. Specification documents are helpful if you have them.
Can you supply non-standard sizes or specifications?
Please include any non-standard sizes or specifications in your enquiry and we’ll confirm what we can supply as part of your quotation.
Do you work with interior designers and contractors?
Yes. We’re happy to work with designers, contractors and developers on behalf of their clients. Use our business enquiry form to tell us about your project.
Do you supply projects outside Riyadh?
We’re based in Riyadh. If your project is elsewhere in Saudi Arabia, include the location in your enquiry and we’ll confirm the options available.
What warranty applies to commercial orders?
Warranty terms depend on the products selected. We’ll confirm the applicable terms in your quotation.

How does delivery work for online orders?
After you place your order, our team will call you to arrange a delivery time. No delivery charge is added at checkout.

Can I order online for a hotel or project?
For larger quantities we prepare a quotation instead of an online order. Use our hospitality quote form and tell us what you need.
